If you take delivery orders on Square POS, you already know the gap. The order lands in your POS with the customer's name and address sitting right there, and then someone has to type all of it again into whatever you use to route your drivers. Every order, every shift. It is the same copy-paste problem we started with at Riley's Market, just moved to a different screen.
We built the Square POS integration to close that gap. Connect your Square POS account to MOR once, and your delivery orders flow in on their own. The delivery address, the customer, and the requested time come with them. Your dispatcher reviews the orders, builds an optimized route, and assigns a driver. Nobody re-types an address.
It works in both directions. When your driver marks a stop delivered or failed, MOR updates the order back in Square POS, so your records stay straight without anyone touching them twice.
We did not stop at pulling orders in. The whole reason an operator brings delivery in house is control: your driver, your standards, your timing, and a customer who can see where their order actually is. The Square POS connection is just the front door. Once the order is in MOR, you get real-time tracking, proof of delivery, customer notifications, and route optimization across every stop, on the same flat pricing as everything else we do. No per-driver fees for connecting Square POS.
Connecting takes a few clicks from inside MOR. If you run your own delivery on Square POS, this is the piece that makes the rest of it effortless.
